Welcome to the 2025/2026 academic year: news and essential resources

Damos la bienvenida a toda su comunidad educativa al curso académico 2025/2026, reafirmando nuestro compromiso con la excelencia, la innovación pedagógica y el acompañamiento personalizado a cada alumno y familia.

Welcome day for new students and families

On 1 September, we held a moving Welcome Day in the Assembly Hall for new students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 and their families.

The event was presided over by D. Luis Rey, Headmaster of the School, accompanied by the Deputy Headmasters, Ms. Rosa Pardal, Head of Family Services, Ms. Jezabel Martín, representative of the parents' association, the Individuation Team Leaders and the Form Tutors for each year group.

This day allowed families to learn more about the School's Educational Project, establish initial contact with the Tutors and discover the resources available to promote the well-being and integration of their children. We accompany our students and families from day one!

Settling-in days at the Pre-School

From 1 to 3 September, the pupils of the Nursery School (Crèche, Daycare and EPS) took part in a gradual settling-in process, starting with their families and gradually increasing the length of their school day until they were able to attend independently.

This method ensures a gradual, respectful and affectionate transition, reducing separation anxiety and fostering security and confidence in the youngest children.

Welcome to the PYP, MYP and Baccalaureate

Students in the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the International Baccalaureate Programme joined the school on days specially designed to help them gradually adapt to the new school year.

These activities foster group cohesion, reunions with classmates and tutors, and the motivation necessary to successfully face the academic challenges of each stage.

Y11 and Y6 students enjoyed a Welcome Party for their respective stages together with their teachers and classmates, starting the new academic year with more enthusiasm than ever.

New features for the 2025/2026 academic year: access to the new Campus

With the aim of promoting innovation and digitalisation, the School has enabled access to the New Virtual Campus for the entire educational community, which will facilitate communication and support for families in their children's school life. Access will be available via the web portal (available on the Intranet for families) and mobile apps.

Access to the new Virtual Campus:

  • Direct and agile communication: you will receive notifications, alerts and incidents in real time on your device. You will also be able to easily check grades, schedules, academic reports, invoices and request interviews with the tutor.
  • Unified access and integration of services: the Virtual Campus unifies communications, timetables, billing, library services and other services on a single platform, ensuring greater consistency and efficiency.
  • New library catalogue: a new library catalogue will soon be available, allowing you to easily consult the more than 100,000 volumes in the collection, the largest school library in Spain. We will inform you about the launch soon!
  • Multilingual interface: you will be able to switch between Spanish and English with a single click.

As this is a large-scale project, the features will be activated gradually throughout the school year.
