Individuation Team
Our pedagogical method, based on Enquiring, favours individualised attention.
In different subjects there are split groups to encourage practice and experimentation in small groups, as in instrumental practice, where we work in groups of three or four students
Tutors
They monitor in detail the personal and learning development of each student in their group.
They maintain constant communication with teaching staff and monitors in order to have a complete and up-to-date overview of the student's progress.
They ensure the maintenance of a relationship of respect between pupils and between each of them and the rest of the educational community and society in general and towards the environment.
They are representatives and interlocutors of the College with the family.
Guidance Service
The Guidance Service has four Guidance Counsellors and two Guidance Assistants. This student/guidance staff ratio is six times better than the Spanish average and even exceeds UN recommendations.
Performs a follow up of students in their diversity.
Coordina con el Personal Tutorial y Docente el seguimiento y apoyo de los alumnos y grupos que presenten dificultades académicas y/o personales, además de una especial atención a las altas capacidades intelectuales.
It provides personal and professional guidance to students and their families, in order to facilitate the correct integral evolution of all students in their quest for excellence.
Individuation Team Leaders
We designed this new figure, unique to our school, with the objective of guaranteeing optimal conditions for each student to reach their maximum potential, favoring the quantity and quality of learning.
They coordinate actions with the Guidance Service to provide each student with the educational response he/she needs, according to his/her abilities, attitudes, motivations and learning pace.
